Philip Buame

Mr. Buame is a dedicated and qualified Ghanaian lawyer with an academic foundation in law, land use, and spatial planning. He holds a Qualifying Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Ghana School of Law. His previous Bachelor’s degree in Human Settlement Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, informs his practical understanding of land use, policy, and spatial planning issues.

His legal career is characterized by diverse practical experience. Philip currently serves as an Associate at Prestige and Stanford Law Firm (Thales Chambers). He has had previous experience in public administration, human resources, and the securities market, which showcases a well-rounded exposure to public and corporate law, securities regulation, and litigation.

His personal and intellectual interests are broad, with a keen focus on Pan-Africanism, international politics, cybersecurity, and data science. Philip enjoys reading and researching broadly as a hobby.
