D. Vera Adwubi Ntiamoah

Vera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Law from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022 and has since then gained experience across various aspects of the law such as corporate and commercial law, land law and medical negligence. With an interest in corporate and commercial practice, Vera is well versed in good corporate governance practices as well as board room etiquette and procedures.
