Prince Appiah Debrah

Prince Appiah Debrah, Sr., Esq. is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Superior Courts of Ghana, and a certified public accountant (CPA) of the state of Illinois, USA. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law & Accounting from the University of Ghana in 1996 and an MBA with distinction from the prestigious Kellstadt School of Business, DePaul University in Chicago.

He has over 20 years’ senior management and board room experience in several reputable companies in Ghana and in the US. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2015. As a dual qualified professional, Prince brings a good dose of business sense to the practice of the law to provide a unique blend of value and success to our clients.

He is a founding partner at the Prestige & Stanford Law Firm, and specialises in corporate governance, commercial real estate transactions, enterprise risk management, succession planning, estate planning and tax advisory practice.
